What Can You Accomplish In 30 Days? Day 4

Exercise is important. We all know this. But, like many of you out there, I tend to fall into the "all or nothing" trap. I will work out for an hour daily, but if I only have 30 minutes to spare, I'll skip the gym altogether. If I'm not going to go all out, why bother? Well, for one thing, a little exercise is far better than none at all. It all adds up, and in the long run, those short bursts of activity will benefit your overall health far better than your brief stints as a super-athlete. So today, I invite you all to focus on getting up and getting moving whenever it is possible, even if it isn't a full workout. Use the stairs. Park just a little further from the entrance to work than you usually do. And try to make these changes slowly become a part of your new, healthier lifestyle.
